  I had to ask 2 different staff members the same question on making labels on their computer. They were very quick to answer the question and didn't listen to what I needed to know and didn't answer my question completely. The staff were just standing around talking to each other and not a bit of help? The computer was hard to use, as I'm not too good with computers.

  The staff at this location is reluctant to help and are very quick to advise what they cannot do for you. Go to Sue's Copy Place instead for fast, friendly service.

  I disagree with staples technician fee on returning a defective computer that had an issues straight out of the box. Staples had to restore it to working condition in order to resell it... this is not something I should have to pay for when I did nothing more than try to update it to the latest Windows update and that made it worse.

  Very disappointed that I have tried 3x to phone the store to check for an item in stock and NO BODY answers the phones, it just hangs up after 5 minutes of waiting. VERY bad for customer service to not answer calls (no matter which department I tried calling). I am a business owner and use Staples in person a lot for supplies, not too happy about not being able to speak with someone - so now I have to waste my time driving there and searching for the item.

  The printing service is terrible. The printers malfunctioned and no help was forthcoming. I was charged for things outside of my control and was met with an indifferent shrug when I let them know the machines weren't working.
